Creating a Group

Before you create a Group, we recommend you read this article to fully understand how Groups work and how they can benefit you.
 
To create a Group, click the '+ Add' button at the top of the Groups list.




This will bring up the Groups creation box. From here you can name the Group and decide if it is open or private. 

- In an open Group all internal users within the Community can access the Group, and any discussions or items that are shared to the Group.

- In a private Group only members who are invited have access to the Group, and any discussions or items that are shared to the Group. At this stage, you can also decide which Users to invite into a private Group.


Once the Group is created, you will be taken to the Group Feed. Here you can start discussions, add Documents and set Tasks. All the actions you perform while in the context of the Group will be referenced against the Group, and visible to all Group members.
