Bookmarks are a handy way to highlight items or discussions that you may want to refer back to easily in the future. You can Bookmark:
Bookmarking documents and discussions
To Bookmark a discussion or item from the Feed view, please view this article
To Bookmark a discussion or item from the Document view, ensure you have clicked the Collaborate button to display the discussion stream then click the 'More...' and select 'Add to My Bookmarks'
You will get a notification on your screen that the document has been successfully been added to your bookmarks.
Accessing your bookmarks
To get a quick overview of all your bookmarks you can click on 'My Desk' and all your documents will be on the right-hand column next to items that you have recently worked on.
