Introduction to User types in the 4th Office

There are two types of Users within the 4th Office:

Internal Users

A User who is a full-time member of your community, organisation or company.

These Users have full access to all features within the 4th Office. They are able to interact with all other Users across your community.

External (Guest) Users

A User who works closely with your community, such as a freelancer, contractor, partner, customer or supplier.

These Users only have access to the specific Groups or Projects they are given access to by internal users. They will only be able to communicate with people within these Groups or Projects.
