In the Documents view you will see all the documents associated with the context you are in. To help you narrow down the documents you wish to work with, you have a choice of views, sorting options and filters in Documents.
- In the context of ‘My Desk’, you will see the documents you have created, as well as those that have been directly shared with you by other Users.
- In the context of a Group, Project or Customer, you will see all tasks relating to the Group, Project or Customer you are focussed on.
As well as view documents, you can also upload new ones and move them to specific folders. You can also perform batch operations if required.
